Our correspond Ohunene reports that Keyamo made the declaration in Ughelli, Delta State, during a reception welcoming Great Ogboru back into the All Progressives Congress (APC) after his defection to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), where he contested as the 2023 governorship candidate.Describing Ogboru as a “great leader with massive grassroots support,” Keyamo praised his ability to sustain political influence despite lacking federal backing. He asserted that APC is now more united in Delta State and poised for victory in the next election.

“PDP will fall in Delta in the next political dispensation. The President has already won 2027,” Keyamo said. “We lost 2023 because many stakeholders left APC in anger, but we now look to the future with certainty. The reconciliation efforts led by Olorogun Otega Emerhor and the party’s college of leaders have strengthened the party.

”Keyamo urged party members to rally behind the APC’s collective leadership structure, emphasizing that the party belongs to everyone.

Ogboru, on his part, expressed joy over his return to the APC, stating that the party would take over Delta to improve the lives of its people.

“This house was built by all of us. Now, we are making it stronger, bigger, and better,” Ogboru said. “When we are united, divine blessings will follow. APC will take over Delta and bring real change.”The event was attended by notable APC leaders, including Delta APC Chairman Chief Omeni Sobotie, Olorogun Otega Emerhor, Hon.
